I am a problem solver and a builder at heart. My degree is in broadcast journalism, which I never actually used, but it gave me something more useful than a career path. It gave me an obsession with how people communicate, what makes a message land, and why some stories move people to act while others disappear into the noise.

Since then I have written two books, ghostwritten one, hosted my own podcast, spoken on stages, and spent the last decade building BossMom®, a community, a movement, and a methodology, as well as helping clients across many different industries do the same. Programs, launches, communities, channels.

But more than any of that, I am somebody who cares about people. Deeply. And I have spent a long time studying why humans do what they do, specifically why they join, why they follow, why they buy, and why they stay.

But enough about me.

What I want to know most of all is you. Because the ripple effect I have in the world is not just through what I build in my own spaces. It is through what I help you build in yours.
