I started Boss Mom because I needed community, and I wasn’t the only one. Turns out, building community is something I’m really good at.

In 2015, I published my first book, Boss Mom: The Ultimate Guide to Raising a Business and Nurturing Your Family Like a Pro. That same year, we launched the Boss Mom podcast and opened the Boss Mom Facebook group. All three took off, and it became clear that this wasn’t just a business; it was a movement.

As Boss Mom grew, I found myself on stages, podcasts, and inside conversations about what it really takes to nurture an audience and build organic community. And through every client I coached and every story I heard, I didn’t just develop a method, I started to see the deep, undeniable truths about what humans actually need to feel connected… and how that impacts what they buy, who they trust, and how they decide.

My love for behavioral psychology, human connection, and the glorious mess of real life led me to create the Nurture to Convert method in 2017, a way of marketing that creates trust, belonging, and loyalty.

Since then, we’ve helped thousands of business owners clarify their message, connect more deeply with their audience, and finally feel like their marketing actually reflects the impact they’re here to make.
