Nurture to Convert and NurtureToConvert.ai Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") are a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Boss Mom, LLC ("NTC," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the NurtureToConvert.ai website and AI-powered services (collectively, the "NTC.ai Platform").
By accessing or using the NTC.ai Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the NTC.ai Platform.

1. License and Acceptable Use

1.1 License Grant We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the NTC.ai Platform solely for the internal business operations of the purchasing entity.

1.2 Business-Only Use You may only use the NTC.ai Platform to create messaging and marketing content for your own business. You may not use the platform to generate content for or on behalf of other businesses, clients, or third parties, whether paid or unpaid.

1.3 No Commercial Resale or Agency Use You may not use NTC.ai to create or sell copywriting, messaging frameworks, AI outputs, or similar marketing deliverables to others unless you have obtained an active, valid Nurture to Convert Certification and licensing agreement.

1.4 Annual License Your subscription provides an annual license, which must be renewed to maintain access. Sharing, sublicensing, or misrepresenting access rights is strictly prohibited.

1.5 Fair Use & Abuse Clause Use of the platform is subject to fair use. We reserve the right to monitor usage and restrict, suspend, or terminate access if activity appears automated, excessive, exploitative, or inconsistent with intended use (e.g., mass-generation of deliverables for resale).

1.6 Ethical Use Clause You may not use the NTC.ai Platform to create messaging for any business that promotes pornography, hate speech, child exploitation, discrimination, unethical behavior, or harm against any person or group based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or any other protected status. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for any use that violates this clause.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

2.1 NTC IP All content, methods, templates, language, frameworks, and outputs generated by the NTC.ai Platform are derived from our proprietary Nurture to Convert System and remain the intellectual property of Boss Mom, LLC.

2.2 Your Inputs You retain rights to the custom inputs you submit (e.g., brand info, stories, values). However, any use of the outputs must comply with these terms.

2.3 No Reverse Engineering You may not reverse engineer, deconstruct, or attempt to extract our methodology, prompts, or AI model logic from the system.

3. Restrictions and Enforcement

You agree not to:
- Use the platform to train AI tools or create derivative AI systems
- Use or share outputs in ways that compete with or replicate the NTC system
= Misrepresent your certification status or use our system to create content for paying clients without proper licensing
- Violate intellectual property rights of others through your use of the platform
- Create or promote content that is unethical, illegal, or harmful as defined above
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion for any misuse, without refund.

4. Certification Clause

The only permitted use of NurtureToConvert.ai to create deliverables for others is via active, valid participation in the Nurture to Convert Certification Program. Certified users are granted an additional commercial license under a separate agreement.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific marketing, sales, or business results from the use of the NTC.ai Platform. Outputs must be reviewed and implemented with human discretion.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the instant access to proprietary AI tools and messaging frameworks, we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. Upon purchase, you are granted immediate access to tools that can generate your unique messaging map. Because of this, all sales are final.
That said, we’re human. If you experience a technical issue or feel something isn’t working as expected, please contact our support team at support@nurturetoconvert.com and we will do our best to make it right.

7. Termination and Access Revocation

We reserve the right to terminate or revoke access to any user found violating these terms, including without notice. Termination for cause (e.g., unauthorized client work, ethical violations) results in immediate revocation without refund.

8. Liability and Indemnity

You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs from NurtureToConvert.ai. You agree that Boss Mom, LLC is not liable for any claims, damages, or legal issues resulting from:
Use of messaging created using our AI tools
Trademark, copyright, or business model violations
Claims arising from the sale of unlicensed services to clients using our content
You agree to indemnify and hold Boss Mom, LLC harmless for any legal action resulting from your misuse of the platform.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the NTC.ai Platform after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to those changes.
